the job offer must take place primarily in Ontario.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e You\/your family are only allowed to hold (or have held) less than 10% equity (directly\/indirectly) and only if include: spouse, common-law partner, and children under 22 years of age (including children of 1990)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e Register and “stand in good standing” with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in one of the certification groups that allow patient
