Before October 30, 2023: Opportunities to hire foreign workers for businesses large and small across Canada!

Businesses, especially nail salons, restaurants, construction companies, and manufacturing companies, should quickly register to recruit foreign workers before October 30th, the deadline for submitting applications .

According to regulations, businesses will be allowed to hire a maximum of 2 foreign workers (for industries with a 20% limit) or 3 foreign workers (for industries with a 30% limit).

This means that businesses can apply for permission to hire two additional foreign workers at a work location, regardless of the number of full-time employees currently on their payroll.

2. Food Production (NAICS 311)
3. Wood product manufacturing (NAICS 321)
4. Manufacture of furniture and related products (NAICS 337)
5. Hospital (NAICS 622)
6. Medical and aged care facilities (NAICS 623)
7. Accommodation and Food Services (NAICS 72)
