Coral Vista – Villa in Peyia, Paphos

Coral Vista – Villas in Peyia

Pafilia’s Coral Vista is situated on elevated land in Peyia, in the Paphos region. The project is aimed at those seeking a primary residence or a holiday home with views of the Mediterranean sea and countryside.

Key Features

• Villa designs feature open-plan spaces, large windows, and terraces.
• Private gardens are included; swimming pools are subject to confirmation based on the specific villa model and contract, and are not included as standard for all units.
• Suitable for those looking to compare low-rise residential options in the Peyia area.

Information to confirm before purchasing

Request the current price list, availability list, floor areas, room configurations, VAT, specifications of finishes, payment schedule, and completion timeline. The price of each unit, swimming pool costs, and any additional services must be clearly stated in the quotation and contract.

Engage an independent lawyer to verify property ownership, permits, and terms of sale. Rental performance depends on market conditions, expenses, and management strategies.

Real Estate Purchase and Cyprus Permanent Residency

Cyprus is an EU member state. The investment pathway under Regulation 6(2) requires a qualifying investment of €300,000 excluding VAT, along with requirements regarding income, proof of funds, background checks, and insurance. For houses/apartments, the purchase must be a first-time sale from a developer.

Purchasing property does not automatically grant permanent residency. Cyprus permanent residency is not EU citizenship and does not automatically permit residence or work in other EU countries. Consult the government regulations and Regulation 6(2) guidelines before selecting a property.
