Hiring Hairstylist – Nova Scotia

JOB DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE
Perform hair services in line with expertise and salon needs; provide client consultations and maintain tool hygiene. The official scope of work will be confirmed in the job description and contract.
Candidates must have hairdressing experience. CV and portfolio should clearly state skills in cutting, styling, coloring, or other provided services. Certificates and provincial licensing requirements will be verified per position.
WORK PERMIT AND IMMIGRATION GUIDANCE
The ability to support a work permit will be assessed based on the position, employer, and the candidate's status. A job offer does not replace a work permit. High-wage/low-wage classification depends on the salary and threshold at the time of LMIA submission; permit duration is not guaranteed based on salary alone.
