PEI PNP – Skilled Worker in PEI

Employer-driven stream for skilled workers currently employed in Prince Edward Island.

Key Requirements

• A full-time, non-seasonal, permanent job offer or a contract of at least 2 years from a PEI employer in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3.
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience within the last 5 years.
• Valid work permit and legal status in Canada.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma of at least 2 years; age 18–59.
• Sufficient English/French proficiency; can use a language test of at least CLB/NCLC 4 or employer confirmation per PEIW-02 when permitted by the program.
• Sufficient resources and a genuine intention to settle in PEI.

EOI and Selection

EOI is valid for 6 months. As of November 1, 2025, ITA recipients have 30 days to submit a complete application. PEI selects candidates based on federal allocation and labor needs; sales and service occupations may not be receiving ITAs at this time.

Creating an EOI is free of charge. The non-refundable workforce application fee upon invitation is 300 CAD.
