PEI PNP – Skilled Worker Outside Canada

An employer-driven stream for skilled workers outside Canada who have a job offer from a PEI employer.

Key Requirements

• A full-time, non-seasonal, permanent job offer or one with at least 2 years of duration from a PEI employer in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3.
• The employer must receive authorization from the PEI Office of Immigration before the candidate submits an EOI under this pathway.
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience within the last 5 years.
• A post-secondary degree/diploma of at least 2 years; aged 18–59.
• Legal status in the country of residence.
• Sufficient English/French proficiency; can use a language test of at least CLB/NCLC 4 or employer confirmation per PEIW-02 when permitted by the program.
• Sufficient settlement funds and a genuine intention to settle in PEI.

EOI and Selection

EOIs are valid for 6 months. Effective November 1, 2025, ITA recipients have 30 days to submit a complete application. The pathway is subject to labor market needs, federal allocations, and approval by the PEI Office of Immigration.

Creating an EOI is free. The non-refundable workforce application fee upon invitation is 300 CAD.
