Yukon Business Nominee Program

For foreign entrepreneurs looking to establish or purchase and actively manage a business in Yukon.

• Minimum of 65 points on the assessment grid.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 3 years of entrepreneurial/management experience and 5 years of experience related to the proposed business.
• Minimum net worth of CAD 500,000.
• The business must be in a strategic sector accepted by Yukon; passive investment is not allowed.

Eligible sectors may include IT, manufacturing, value-added processing, forestry, tourism, energy, mining, agriculture, cultural industries, and film/video production.
