KeyApply is headquartered in Canada with offices in Vietnam, focusing on business consulting, entrepreneur programs, and investment. We accompany business owners, investors, and their families in the process of researching the market, building business plans, and selecting a development path that aligns with their goals.

KeyApply's core focus is connecting practical business plans with the evaluation of immigration options. Each plan must be aligned with the client's management experience, financial capacity, ability to participate in operations, and long-term objectives.

JENNY DANG – CEO OF KEYAPPLY

Jenny Dang is the CEO of KeyApply, focusing on business consulting and supporting entrepreneurs and investors in building development plans in Canada. She partners with clients to define objectives, select business models, prepare investment plans, and connect with resources for implementation.

In her executive role, Jenny directs KeyApply's operations with a focus on entrepreneur and investment programs, establishing or acquiring businesses, and expanding business operations. She is also involved in supporting startup projects, connecting partners, and coordinating work between clients and the professional team.

Jenny is in charge of business consulting and service coordination; legal consulting and immigration applications are handled by partner lawyers or licensed immigration consultants. This collaboration helps clients prepare business plans and applications suitable for their goals, capabilities, and actual circumstances.

OUR AREAS OF FOCUS

1. Entrepreneurship and Investment in Canada

KeyApply assists clients in researching provincial entrepreneur programs based on intake status and criteria at the time of evaluation. We work with clients to determine business locations, investment models, budgets, and implementation plans, while connecting them with immigration experts to assess the conditions of each application.

2. Establishing, Acquiring, and Expanding Businesses

We provide consulting on establishing new businesses, acquiring operating businesses, researching franchises, and expanding businesses from Vietnam to Canada. Support services may include market research, business plan development, cost estimation, partner networking, and coordinating appraisals with lawyers, accountants, or appropriate experts.

3. Work Permits for Entrepreneurs and Businesses

For clients looking to travel to Canada to implement or manage business operations, KeyApply collaborates with lawyers or licensed immigration consultants to evaluate suitable work permit options, including those for business owners, intra-company transferees, and cases under trade agreements where eligible.

Establishing or acquiring a business does not automatically grant the right to work or permanent residency in Canada. Business plans, work permits, and permanent residency requirements need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Startup Development and Support for Submitted Start-Up Visa Applications

Through our Start-Up Studio, KeyApply continues to support project development, business model building, expert networking, and business implementation. For clients who have already submitted a Start-Up Visa application, we collaborate with the overseeing expert to assist with the business side and documentation within the agreed scope of services.

Start-Up Visa Status: According to IRCC, the program is currently paused; the intake of applications ended on June 30, 2026. Clients should check official notifications before considering a new path. View IRCC information.

5. International Investment and Immigration Options

In addition to Canada, KeyApply helps clients explore entrepreneur, investment, and residency options in the United States, Australia, and Europe by connecting them with appropriate lawyers and professional firms. Specific plans are reviewed according to current regulations, capital sources, and the family's objectives.

Dr. Thanh Cong Phan, Barrister & Solicitor

Thanh Cong Phan is the founder of Elite Law Corporation in Victoria, British Columbia, focusing on business immigration. He advises entrepreneurs, startups, and international companies on establishing and expanding operations in Canada, as well as immigration strategies linked to investment and innovation.

He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Victoria and teaches immigration law at Queen’s University and the University of Victoria. His practice areas include business immigration, work permits, LMIA, and intra-company transfers.

Robin Seligman, Barrister & Solicitor

Robin Seligman is the founder of Seligman Law in Toronto, Ontario. She has practiced immigration law since 1985 and is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. She represents both individual and corporate clients, including those with complex admissibility issues.

She has served as Chair of the National Citizenship and Immigration Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association; she has taught immigration law at Western University since 2016. In 2019, she received the Immigration Law Section Award of Excellence from the Canadian Bar Association.

START-UP STUDIO – BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

We accompany entrepreneurs from clarifying ideas, identifying target customers, and building plans to connecting resources for implementation. For active projects, support may include organizing operations, product development, partner searching, and preparing documentation on business progress. The scope and duration of support are defined in the service agreement.

WORKING PROCESS

1. Objective Discussion: Receive information on business/investment needs and family plans; understand experience, capital, and expected timeline.
2. Option Evaluation: Analyze the business model and coordinate with legal experts to review options suitable for current conditions.
3. Agreement on Service Scope: Clarify tasks, responsibilities of parties, costs, and documents to be prepared before implementation.
4. Preparation and Execution: KeyApply supports the business aspect and coordination; lawyers or licensed immigration consultants take charge of legal advice and immigration application execution according to the agreement.
5. Implementation Accompaniment: Monitor tasks, assist in connecting resources, and update plans according to actual progress.

ROLE AND WORKING PRINCIPLES

KeyApply focuses on business consulting and service coordination. Legal advice, assessment of immigration conditions, and application representation are performed by lawyers or licensed immigration consultants (RCIC) in accordance with their professional authority.

• Clearly communicate the scope of work, costs, and responsibilities of each party.
• A Vietnamese-speaking support team helps clients communicate and prepare documents conveniently.
• Respect information confidentiality and provide updates on changes affecting the application.

Application results are decided by the competent authorities; business performance depends on the implementation process and market conditions.
