Fees are calculated based on actual working hours. The standard time for basic service is 3 working hours, including:

(Service fees are calculated based on the work performed, not the outcome. Approval is at the discretion of the Department of Immigration. Fees do not include government fees and other services such as translation, notarization, etc. Fees are non-refundable and specific hours will be provided according to KeyApply's current price list.)
