Success Story | LMIA – Nail salon receives approval in 18 days

A nail salon owner has received an approved LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) to recruit nail technicians from Vietnam. Service Canada processed the application in just 18 days.

Around the end of August 2021, a nail salon owner contacted us with the desire to hire workers from Vietnam due to a staff shortage. After evaluating the case, KeyApply took on the task for the client. The application went through several stages in accordance with the requirements for LMIA processing, including advertising, reporting, and interviews with Service Canada. The KeyApply team, consisting of multiple personnel working in parallel, accelerated the client's application progress. Our team, including experienced immigration consultants, case processing specialists, and other support staff, guided the client in detail through each stage and provided interview coaching.

In March 2022, the LMIA application was completed after the preparation process and submitted to Service Canada.

Also in March 2022, the business received the LMIA approval letter and became authorized to recruit workers from Vietnam.

From the date Service Canada received the application to the date of approval, it took only 18 days.

Congratulations to the business, and congratulations on the success resulting from everyone's efforts.
