Important information for those entering Canada by air.
All travelers, students, and immigrants arriving in Canada at this time are REQUIRED to use ArriveCan to submit information before boarding their flight. Additionally, international travelers aged 5 and older must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test to the airline before boarding their flight to Canada. This must be a molecular polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test and must have been conducted within 72 hours of departure .
You can download the ArriveCAN mobile app via Google Play or the App Store. Alternatively, you can log in online. Trip information and contact details must be submitted to ArriveCAN at least 48 hours before departure . After you successfully submit your information, an ArriveCAN receipt will be displayed. Please take a screenshot or print it out. You will need to present the ArriveCAN receipt to a Canada Border Services officer upon entry into Canada. After entering Canada, you must confirm via ArriveCAN that you have arrived at the address you provided for quarantine or isolation within 48 hours of entering Canada and to complete a daily COVID-19 symptom self-assessment.
