Overview

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) provides pathways to permanent residency for foreign nationals who wish to live, work, or operate a business in New Brunswick.

Immigration New Brunswick (ImmigrationNB) administers the NBPNP program in collaboration with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

While ImmigrationNB selects and nominates candidates based on their skills, education, and work experience in relation to the economic needs of New Brunswick, IRCC is the agency that makes the final decision on permanent residency applications.
