Nestled beside the Niagara Escarpment – a United Nations-designated World Biosphere Reserve – Niagara College's DJP Campus focuses on programs in sports, business, tourism, hospitality, environment, culinary arts, and beverages.
This institution has developed a unique teaching and learning model, with several businesses operating on campus, including: a 40-acre vineyard; the Canadian Culinary and Beverage Institute; Benchmark Restaurant; Spa; Nursery; a Brewery and Wine Production Training Facility ; and a Wine and Beer Showroom . To date, it remains the first and only school licensed by the Canadian government to teach and commercially produce beer and wine on campus.

- The Living Laboratory : comprises ecological ponds, wetlands, community garden landscapes, a hop garden (for beer making), a culinary garden (growing fresh ingredients for cooking), and a 40-acre vineyard on campus, providing students with valuable hands-on experience from harvesting to processing and enjoying food and drinks (from farm to table).
- Canadian Food and Wine Institute : Provides students with practical training in food nutrition, culinary innovation, and beverages through classes in laboratories, baking practice rooms, cooking studios, and research facilities.
- Benchmark Restaurant : Students have the opportunity to intern and work at the on-campus restaurant, which is open to the public.

- NC Teaching Brewery : The school has Canada's first commercial teaching brewery, with a 1,500-square-meter extension on campus where students learn craft brewing.

- NC Teaching Winery : This is also the first commercial winery teaching facility in Canada, located on the Niagara College campus, and features a wine showroom open to the public.

- NC Teaching Distillery : The master blender program provides extensive hands-on training in a state-of-the-art teaching distillery.
- NC Teaching Spa : trains students to become beauty professionals, working with clients in a safe environment, while developing their skills and techniques.
- NC Teaching Nursery & Greenhouse : This is a training center for students majoring in horticulture and plant cultivation , and it is open to the public.
- Research and Innovation ( NC ): Through applied research and knowledge transfer activities, providing solutions for businesses, serving the community, and in key sectors.
