I successfully bailed out the nanny through the Home Care Provider.
I successfully sponsored the nanny's family to come to our house to tutor my child! The family consists of the husband, wife, and child.
It's not complicated at all; siblings needing childcare, parents, or grandparents can all do it just like I do. Given the current circumstances, here's a feasible approach:
- Only accept individuals with Open Work Permits (WP) or Post-Work Permits (PGWP) who are not prohibited from working as caregivers, or whose WP is permitted to work in homecare. Accepting individuals without a current permit is very complicated; it's best to avoid doing so for now.
- The salary and contract terms are in accordance with regulations, depending on the city you live in. Currently, there are no regulations regarding the income of the sponsoring employer, so when I applied, I didn't declare my employer's income. However, I don't know if that will change in the future.
- Applicants do not need to have studied or graduated in the exact field, although having such a degree would make them more trustworthy and their application more reliable. Applicants must have a foreign language proficiency level of CLB4 (English or French).
- After working for 6 months, you must submit your application by March 21, 2026. You only have a few minutes to secure a slot; you MUST secure a slot to continue submitting.
- It's also essential to have a professional immigration consultant represent you with your application, because if you lack experience, your application, which is already difficult to secure, will be rejected due to errors, meaning you'll have to wait until the following year. This requires careful consideration!
Many families have been asking questions lately, but I haven't had time to talk to them. Now that we have staff available for consultations, please schedule an appointment at our company. We will divide up the tasks to provide general guidance. Once qualified, you can participate in detailed guidance on the necessary paperwork procedures, and we will schedule an appointment for immigration consulting (there will be a small fee).
Starting to receive your salary now will ensure you have enough paytub to cover your March 21st payment deadline. This is currently the best opportunity for anyone with a valid and current Work Permit in Canada.
