Introduction to PEI PNP Express Entry Immigration
The PEI PNP's Express Entry Category is a PNP program linked to the federal government's Express Entry system. To be considered for this program, applicants need to have a profile in the system.
Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination will have 600 points added to their CRS score and are effectively guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency in the next Express Entry draw.
Required Labor Category
The Essential Impact category is for foreign nationals with a valid job offer in PEI and supported by their employer. It is divided into three streams: Skilled Workers, Critical Workers, and International Postgraduates.
