BC PNP - (Worker) Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Stream (ELSS - Low-Skilled/Semi-Skilled Worker Stream)

The Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Stream (ELSS) is part of the Skills Immigration - BC PNP, for workers employed in NOC TEER 4 or 5 occupations who qualify according to the British Columbia ELSS list.

Successful nominees can apply for Canadian permanent residency.

Conditions and requirements

• Job offer: Occupations in NOC TEER 4 or 5 on the ELSS eligibility list.
• Employment: I have a full-time, indefinite job offer from a valid employer in BC.
• Employer support: Employer support is required before registering and submitting the Employer Declaration Form.
• Qualifications: Meet the minimum requirements for the profession.
• Work experience: Minimum 9 months of continuous employment with the sponsoring employer before applying.
• Education: Meet the minimum educational requirements for the profession.
• Language: Minimum CLB 4
• Salary: Meets minimum salary and income requirements.
