Conditions for renewing or replacing a PR card:
You need to meet the following conditions:
- Status of residence : Remains a legal permanent resident in Canada.
- Residency period : Must have lived in Canada for at least 730 days (2 years) in the past 5 years. Time spent outside Canada may be included in some special cases, such as when traveling with a Canadian citizen or working for a Canadian company overseas.
- Reasons for renewal/replacement : PR Card is lost, damaged, expired, or there is a change in personal information (e.g., name change).
- No PR violations : No violations of residency conditions or involvement in illegal activities that affect PR status.

Fees are calculated based on actual working hours. The standard time for basic service is 3 working hours, including:
- Prepare all necessary documents.
- Instructions on how to submit your application and how to track your application status yourself.
- Answer customer questions within the scope of service.
Note regarding service fees:
- Service fees are calculated based on the work performed, not the outcome. Whether or not the application is approved rests with the Department for Immigration and Citizenship Services (IRCC).
- The service fee does not include government fees and other costs such as translation, notarization, photography, etc.
- Non-refundable fees and specific hourly rates will be announced according to KeyApply's current price list.
