Requirements for an idea to be eligible for KeyApply's Start-Up Visa program:

The Canada Start-Up Visa process is complex. To ensure the security of our clients' immigration applications, the project criteria, KeyApply, and Angel Investment Fund requirements stipulate:

• It has innovative elements and the solution may be patented in North America in the future.
• The idea needs to have a prototype, demo, or complete technical version, with customers testing the product or paying for it.
• The project was only an idea and had not undergone testing, thus failing to meet the requirements of the Angel Investment Fund to participate in the Start-Up Visa program.
• There are no copyright disputes regarding the ideas.
