SINP – SKILLED WORKER WITH EXISTING WORK PERMIT

For workers currently living and working in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit who wish to be nominated by Saskatchewan for permanent residence.

Key Eligibility

• Currently living and working in Saskatchewan.
• Have worked for a Saskatchewan employer for at least 6 months under the stream's requirements.
• Have a valid permanent full-time job offer and an SINP Job Approval Letter at the time of application.
• Meet the occupation, language, and licensing requirements, if applicable.

2026 Priorities

Healthcare, Agriculture, Skilled Trades, Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, and Technology are priority sectors. Accommodation/Food Services, Trucking, and Retail are capped sectors and are subject to specific intake windows/quotas; applicants in capped sectors may only apply under current intake conditions.
