1. CISS Vancouver: Global English and Life Skills for the Future

- Course duration: July 2nd, 2023 – August 5th, 2023, minimum 2 weeks.
- Ages 12-17
- All English levels: 15 hours of ESL and 5 hours of practice per week.
- Extracurricular activities and excursions
- Three meals a day (Sunday – afternoon snack and dinner)

Get ready for the future this summer! CISS Vancouver is held on the beautiful campus of Capilano University in North Vancouver; with modern facilities harmoniously blended with a magnificent natural environment. Vancouver is a global and modern city, and inspired by that, this program offers students an innovative combination of English language lessons and life skills for the future, designed to provide young learners with a solid foundation for future success. Tours and activities will showcase the beauty and history of the region, while still focusing on respecting the local cultural heritage.
2. CISS Toronto: English

- Course duration: July 2nd, 2023 – August 19th, 2023, minimum 2 weeks.
- Ages 12 to 17
- All English proficiency levels: 20 hours of ESL per week
- Includes excursions and extracurricular activities.
- Three meals a day (Sunday – afternoon snack and dinner)
A TRIP AROUND TORONTO!
The CISS Toronto program is housed on a campus in downtown Toronto, close to museums, art galleries, and world-class shopping areas. Fully supervised common rooms make this program ideal for students seeking a safe urban learning environment. CISS Toronto offers 20 hours of English language instruction per week, or students can choose to participate in our Global Leadership course. All courses are combined with a sightseeing package showcasing Toronto's most exciting attractions.
3. CISS Toronto: Global Leadership

- Course dates: July 2nd, 2023 – July 22nd, 2023 or July 23rd, 2023 – August 12th, 2023, 3 weeks
- Ages 12 to 17
- Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency is required.
- Extracurricular activities and field trips are included.
- Three meals a day (Sunday – afternoon snack and dinner)
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
This program is designed to provide young people aged 12-17 with the essential foundation to become better leaders in a rapidly changing world. Classroom lessons, taught by experts, focus on providing students with essential communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. These competencies are further enhanced by specialized workshops – each focusing on a different topic. Leadership skills come alive as students discuss the implementation of proactive initiatives not only at the local and global levels, but also within their groups on the CISS Toronto campus. At the end of the course, students present their plans for projects they will pursue upon returning home.
4. CISS @ Trinity

- Course duration: July 2nd, 2023 – August 19th, minimum 2 weeks.
- Ages 14 to 17
- All English levels are welcome to participate.
- Activities and tours are included.

A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE IN TORONTO
Located within the beautiful and historic campus of the University of Toronto, CISS at Trinity is the ideal program for students seeking an academically rigorous approach to improving their English language skills. Students wishing to enhance their English skills can participate in a 20-hour course of theory and 5-hour practice per week. Students preparing for the next step in their English learning can choose specialized courses in Academic & Career or Entrepreneurship. Whatever their chosen field of study, students will call CISS at Trinity a beloved summer home.
5. CISS @ Trinity: Academics and Career Guidance

- Course dates: July 2nd, 2023 – July 22nd, 2023, 3 weeks
- Ages 16 to 18
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
- Extracurricular activities and field trips are included.
- Three meals a day (Sunday – afternoon snack and dinner)
PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE
This program will help international high school students prepare for the upcoming challenges of academic and post-secondary life. Combining important exercises designed to stimulate critical thinking by exploring future academic and career options, students will gain a clearer understanding of their life choices and future strategies upon completion. They will also develop a deeper and more creative approach to English – beyond basic ESL knowledge, they will be able to shape their future aspirations.
6. CISS @ Trinity: Startup

- Course dates: July 9, 2023 – July 29, 2023, 3 weeks
- Ages 14 to 18
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
- Activities and tours are included.
- Three meals a day (Sunday – afternoon snack and dinner)
DISCOVER A NEW PATH TO SUCCESS
CISS is thrilled to introduce the CISS Entrepreneurship Program at Trinity in 2023!
The students will be mentored by entrepreneurs who have a significant impact on the local community and economy.
This engaging course will help develop critical thinking, creative decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Students come together and hone skills that will foster the creative and unique thinking of future entrepreneurs. In the final presentation, students are challenged to present their ideas and explain their vision.
All programs include

- 20 to 25 hours of teaching per week, depending on the program.
- Accommodation
- 3 meals a day (afternoon snack and dinner on Sundays)
- One full-day excursion, three half-day trips per week.
- Afternoon sports and campus activities
- There is full supervision.
- Airport transfer to and from the campus.
- Emergency medical and dental insurance up to $100,000 CAD

- International students need to apply for a visa; the visa application fee for a summer study program is $1500 CAD. Students with a valid tourist or student visa do not need to apply for an additional visa.
Fees do not include: translation, airfare, guardianship fee (if international student), visa application fee (if required): $1,500 CAD
If the student is an international student, a guardian is required for the visa application: $125 CAD
After receiving their visa, students fill out a flight information notification form and email it to KeyApply at info@keyapply.com.
