- KeyApply only provides connection and procedural assistance with the Vietnamese Embassy in Canada or the Vietnamese Consulate General in Vancouver. All forms and procedures comply with the regulations of the Vietnamese authorities.
- KeyApply will not process individual requests if the content violates the regulations of the consular office.
- KeyApply is not responsible for documents that have been certified by the Embassy or Consulate General but encounter problems when used in Vietnam (e.g., requiring corrections, being rejected due to local administrative procedures, etc.).
- Any requests (if any) must be submitted in advance via email. Without prior request, completed documents will not be modified and no refunds will be given.
- The delivery of documents is entirely at the discretion of the shipping company. If any problems occur (strikes, delays, loss, incorrect delivery address, etc.), you will need to cooperate to resolve them. Any issues arising during transportation will be subject to the shipping company's policies and decisions.

Write a notice/ authorization contract authorizing someone to act on your behalf. The authorization notice must comply with the requirements of relevant authorities in Vietnam . KeyAppy and the Vietnamese Embassy in Canada are not responsible for the content.
The agencies in Vietnam whose authorization information you can refer to are:
- The notary office will confirm the transaction (this office is preferred), or
- The entity approving the transaction, such as a bank, social security agency, or
- Lawyers in Vietnam - Canadian Notary Publics verify signatures. KeyApply offers online or in-person signature verification services.
- A photocopy of your Vietnamese passport (if available). If you don't have one, use your Canadian passport or PR card. Please note that children over 14 years old must sign their passports; parents are not allowed to sign on their behalf.
- Photocopies of property documents authorized for transfer (e.g., house or land ownership documents...) .

Are the service fees calculated in CAD or USD?
Service fees are in CAD and exclude taxes. Taxes will vary depending on your location and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Can I use this invoice for tax purposes?

Does the authorization form need to be translated into English?
You don't need to translate from English.
How long does it take to receive the results?
Results are usually available within 2-3 weeks, not including postage if you don't pick them up in person. If you need them more urgently, we offer expedited service. Please contact KeyApply for specific advice regarding your case.
If I don't pick them up in person, how much will it cost to have the documents sent to my home?
When you check out, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your home based on Canada Post's rates.
