Poster images use real photos of the college campuses; programs are not offered uniformly at all locations.

3. Program Categories

Training categories offered by the college include health, education, administration, technical trades, arts, and Inuit language and culture. Qualification levels, campuses, study modes, and intake terms must be confirmed per program.

4. Admission Eligibility

The college's application portal is currently not accepting applications from international students or individuals who are not residents of Nunavut. Residency criteria and cases regarding beneficiaries of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement are specified on the official registration page.

Citizens, permanent residents, or those with appropriate residency status must still meet academic requirements and specific program conditions. It should not be assumed that simply residing in Canada automatically confers eligibility.

5. Language and Academic Records

Language requirements, transcripts, degrees, prerequisites, experience, or entrance exams vary by program. Document requirements must be obtained directly from the admissions department; there is no universal IELTS score for the entire college.

6. Tuition and Budgeting

Domestic tuition tables should not be used to promote international study costs as the college is not currently accepting this applicant group. Tuition fees, materials, equipment, housing, and living expenses must be confirmed according to the program and learner status. Costs in the North should be budgeted separately based on the specific location.

7. Financial Aid and Housing

The college provides information on student support, financial resources, and housing. Residency conditions, beneficiary status, capacity, and application deadlines vary; scholarships or housing are not automatically guaranteed for all learners.

8. Academic Terms and Application Planning

Application and intake schedules depend on the program. Vietnamese students preparing for study abroad should choose institutions that confirm they are accepting international applications; only consider this college if official policies change and personal profiles meet the requirements.

9. DLI, Study Permits, and PGWP

The college is included in the list to reflect the Canadian public system, but it is currently not an option for international study applications from Vietnam. Do not use its public status to infer eligibility for a study permit or PGWP. When admission policies change, re-verify the college/campus, program, and IRCC regulations before applying.
