CANADA - Visitor Visa (TRV) for current Work Permit or Study Permit holders

We provide Visitor Visa (TRV) services for those who hold a valid Work Permit or Study Permit and wish to leave Canada and return in the near future.

Required Documents

📁 Photo and scan files

• Digital photo taken within the last 6 months, white background, neutral expression, no hats, no glasses (dimensions 35mm x 45mm).
• Clear color scans of all original documents.
• If already translated, submit both the original Vietnamese version and the notarized translation.
• If not yet translated, only a color scan of the original is needed; the KeyApply team will assist with translation (fees apply separately).

📄 Core Documents

• Passport valid for at least 6 months (scan all pages with personal information, visas, and customs stamps).
• Valid Study or Work Permit.
• Proof of funds: Canadian bank statements, savings account statements, or proof of assets.
• Information on family members in Canada (if any): Study Permit, PR Card, or Canadian Passport.
• Letter of Explanation: clearly stating the reasons for leaving and returning to Canada.
• Application form: client provides information, KeyApply assists in completing the electronic application.

Important Notes

• Applications are submitted online.
• Biometrics may be required if they have not been previously provided.
• Processing times vary by country and do not include the time required for biometrics.
• Service fees do not include government fees, medical examination fees, or translation fees (if applicable).

⚙️ Work Process

You can choose one of the two service types that best fits your needs:

1. Service with an immigration representative (RCIC) submitting on your behalf

• You only need to provide the necessary information and documents.
• A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) will prepare, submit, and track the application until a result is obtained.
• You will be updated regularly throughout the process.
• ⚠️ Note: Service fees do not guarantee a visa outcome (as per IRCC regulations).

2. Self-submission with professional guidance

• You submit your own application through your personal IRCC account.
• After preparing your application, you can book an appointment with an RCIC for detailed guidance and clarification on any sections you do not understand before submitting.
• Consultation time is billed based on the RCIC's actual working hours, typically 1 to 2 hours of consultation.
• This format is suitable for those who wish to handle the application themselves but still need professional support to ensure compliance with IRCC processes and standards.
