Work permit category under federal-provincial agreements, including candidates with a nomination and an appropriate support letter.
Target audience and main conditions
- Possess a nomination and a work permit support letter specific to the case.
- The job offer, employer, and nomination conditions must align.
- Investment projects/special events require specific supporting bases.
Documents to prepare
Nomination certificate, provincial support letter, job offer, contract, and proof of qualifications.
Important notes
T13 is different from BOWP A75. An EOI letter or having interest in a PNP does not mean one is eligible for T13.
