Preliminary Requirements
Possess relevant qualifications and experience, valid language test results, and a genuine intent to settle in the community. RCIP: TEER 0–1 requires CLB 6, TEER 2–3 requires CLB 5, and TEER 4–5 requires CLB 4; FCIP requires French NCLC 5 in all four skills. Applicants must also meet specific criteria regarding experience, education, job offer, and community requirements.
