Québec Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ)
The PSTQ is Québec's skilled worker selection program for those wishing to settle permanently and work in Québec, whether they are currently in Québec or abroad.
Candidates must first submit a Declaration of Interest via Arrima. Profiles are ranked, and Québec issues invitations based on socio-economic needs and the criteria for each intake period.
The PSTQ has 4 streams and has replaced the Regular Skilled Worker Program (PRTQ). In 2026, Québec will continue to hold invitation rounds via Arrima.
