🔜 After approval, what will the investor do?

Depending on where the investor resides:

🔹 If you are in Vietnam or outside the United States:

• Proceed with submitting your application for an immigrant visa (form DS-260).
• Attend an interview at the U.S. Consulate.
• After being granted a visa, entering the US and receiving a temporary green card (for 2 years).

🔹 If you are in the US (legally):

• File an application for adjustment of status (I-485).
• Get a work card and a travel card (combo card).
• Then they received a temporary green card valid for two years.

🔁 After 2 years:

• File Form I-829 to remove the condition.
• If the investment is sustained and creates enough jobs, the investor and their family will be granted permanent residency.
