Comprehensive study abroad support services

INTRODUCING A NEW SERVICE: KEYAPPLY'S COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ABROAD SUPPORT SERVICE

Parents often feel anxious when sending their children abroad for studies without regular supervision and monitoring. Current services are often fragmented and uncoordinated, creating multiple channels of communication that leave parents unsure of who to contact when needed.

With our professional team, those worries will be alleviated. Comprehensive study abroad support services are provided over one or two semesters, helping students understand the learning environment, become independent, or continue using our services.

This new service, developed by KeyApply in collaboration with partners Canadian International Student Services and MLI Homestay, offers a unique study abroad experience, completely different from the usual way of sending children to study abroad.

The comprehensive study abroad support program for the 2024-25 school year includes 5- and 10-month programs at public schools in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and the British Columbia of Canada, representing 40 school districts and more than 60 communities.

Services include:

• Providing guidance on choosing the right school for each student.
• Assistance with enrollment registration, course selection, and collecting academic reports.
• Legal guardianship services.
• Arrange and supervise the host family.
• Support and reporting on student development are provided by the assigned Local Coordinator.
• Airport pick-up and drop-off service.
• Online guide.
• Providing ongoing support to international students, including in emergency situations.

New: We're adding new elements for the 2024-25 school year in an effort to provide even more value to the CISS experience. These include:

• Providing individual counseling for students.
• Student assessment tool - Students will be surveyed at key points throughout the school year to identify and track their goals.
• Process improvement - We will focus communication within our organization, reducing the number of people you have to interact with.

5 & ​​10-MONTH PROGRAMS FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR We offer affordable study abroad programs for all the communities we support in Canada. These prices apply to programs lasting 5 or 10 months, starting between September 2024 and June 2025.
