The Australian National University (ANU) is a world-leading university located in Canberra, Australia's capital city. ANU's Acton campus is located in the heart of Canberra – Australia's capital city – within the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). From here, you can easily walk, bike, or drive to some of Australia's most important political and cultural institutions, including the Australian Parliament House. There are eight buildings or complexes of buildings currently listed on the Commonwealth Heritage List (CHL), and following the ANU Heritage Study (2012), over 60 more buildings/complexes were identified as meeting the threshold for inclusion on the Commonwealth Heritage List.
